The purpose of this small renovation project with a quick completion time was to freshen up a beautiful oak hardwood flooring, together with other works that took place in this Islington house.

This is an installation of Balterio laminate flooring in a three-bedroom house in Palmers Green, intended for the property rentals market.

The spec of these works were booked by an insurance company to replace water damaged bamboo flooring in Canary Wharf, Isle of Dogs. We have supplied a close match of the product, disposed existing flooring, dehumidified the flat and laid the new bamboo floors.

This beatiful rustic, grey-effect flooring from Xylo was laid in the extension of an Islington home with a 4 mm Duralay, DPM enabled underlay over concrete base.

Supply & fit of medium-sized (150 mm wide) solid oak planks to the loft conversion of a property in Maida Vale. Secret nailing is a recommended method of installation, where the base comprises of wooden material.

Part of a complete refurb in 4 bed Muswell Hill property, this beautiful, oiled herringbone flooring comes with a large block in prime grade, double border around and feature strip made of merbau and ash in the middle.

This herringbone initiative belongs to a beautiful dwelling just next to the river in Chiswick. The client has requested extra sound-proofing, a double border around and dark wenge feature strip.

The classical block pattern was designed to complement other traditional elements in this Paddington home and the client selected Natural (less knotty) oak in middle size and their preference for the finish was Osmo Polyx hardwax-oil and satin sheen.

Over a stretch of 6 weeks FlooringFirst! was challenged with the task to renovate and repair large amount of Junckers beech flooring in Vogue's Magazine building in Westminster. Works had to be completed in stages, overnight and all materials and sealant were supplied by Junckers.

This client is a restaurant in Kentish Town, which was looking for a different, slightly more classy effect to their function room. Colour was completed using Bona Create colours and as every high-traffic area demands, sealed with commercial lacquer - Bona Traffic.
