This engineered wood floor was relatively well-preserved, but its surface was in poor condition. The solution was to strip off the old finish and seal with a new hardwearing lacquer. This job in Surrey was completed for a single day.
Hey, we are about to showcase one of our jobs done in in the London Borough of Hackney. Our help was needed with a project involving the sanding, buffing and varnishing of engineered oak flooring as well as filling the gaps between the boards.
Old, worn, distressed. Those are the three words which perfectly describe the condition of the floors we found upon our arrival in Enfield. Take a look at the photos, showing the difference, after our experts left the property.
A client living in Harpenden requested our help and we immediately took the opportunity to leave the busy Inner London for a few days and enjoy a more tranquil setting for a change. Our team was needed to supply and install 17 sqm of oak parquet flooring arranged in herringbone pattern.
Our team went to visit a property in Finchley. We were given the task to restore no less than 72 sqm of parquet flooring, fill the gaps created and of course, add a brand-new finish. The task was difficult, because some of the blocks were in bad condition.
This project took us in Slough to install a brand new flooring. We were invited to fit a parquet floor, sand, buff and varnish two reception rooms and a hallway.
The owners of a mahogany parquet in poor condition got in touch with us. The location was Teddington, the task was to bring back the previous glory of this parquet. The project included sanding, filling any gaps and varnishing. The final result - flawless.
The crew visited a house on Edencourt Road in the London Borough of Wandsworth. Our assistance was needed in order to sand, buff and varnish old hardwood floorboards suffering from discoloration.
This was a distressed engineered oak flooring in Wimbledon. Our task was to sand, buff and lacquer area about 65 sqm and stain it in a dark shade which is very trendy lately.
The hardwood planks in this Camden Town house has been laid not many years ago, but their original distressed look made the overall appearance worse in the end. Final result is quite astonishing, even for us.
