This client is a restaurant in Kentish Town, which was looking for a different, slightly more classy effect to their function room. Colour was completed using Bona Create colours and as every high-traffic area demands, sealed with commercial lacquer - Bona Traffic.

We are often asked how dark we can go when staining wooden floors. Truth is Jacobean Oak is not the darkest colour we can do but is definitely the most popular one. The floorboards on the ground floor of this house in Walthamstow, were stained, gap filled and sealed durable satin lacquer.

Within these works specification for an Islington home, we had to supply reclaimed pine blocks, matching the existing floors, remove the existing fireplace heart and extend the blocks towards the wall. Blocks were gap filled and sealed with durable satin finish.

Another example of service (this time in Barnet), which includes a fireplace heart removal and boards extended over it for two small identical bedrooms. A common request for this type of flooring.

In this clear-to-be-fun excercise, we stripped carpets from three bedroom apartment in Maida Vale to expose the solid oak flooring beneath. Renovation followed, to bring the oak back to its original state, sealed with clear lacquer in satin sheen.

Carpets have been removed all over the ground floor within a property in Bethnal Green. The task was simple: restore the floorboards and seal with a clear waterbased lacquer in matt sheen.
