Why Is My Floor Wet If There’s No Visible Leak?

Why is my floor wet when there’s no leak in the pipes or foundation?

If there's no plumbing or foundation issue, the moisture may be entering through poorly sealed windows or doors. Rainwater can seep in through gaps, travel down walls, and reach the floors and subfloors, creating the appearance of a hidden leak. To fix this, inspect all nearby windows and doors for cracks or gaps and seal them with exterior-grade caulk. Addressing these leaks promptly can prevent structural damage and mold growth.
