Parquet Floor Sanding In Restaurant

As a professional company, often our clients are business owners. Our practice shows that there are two things typical for every commercial project – the outworn flooring surface due to the high amount of foot traffic and the short time window to finish the job. It took us two days to restore the natural beauty of the oak parquet flooring in Blandford Comptoir restaurant.

When our team arrived, the place was well prepared for the job. Luckily the significant issues of the floor were with the top finishing layer. The perfect solution for such problems is the floor sanding procedure. It’s good to know that the belt sanders from Bona we use in every project are literally dust-free. After the old sealant was stripped off, the surface was buffed again with finer sandpaper grit till it became smooth.

The last step of the process is the application of protective sealant. For optimal results in such areas, we use commercial grade lacquers, in this case - Junckers HP Commercial. This product is water-based, which means it is fast drying, non-yellowing and low odour.
