Laminate Floor Fitting Project

An interesting combination of laminate flooring and carpet. The job was completed in a Kingston property. We really liked the idea behind the project.

Before

The following project is an example of our laminate installation service. It was about removing 50 sqm of the old carpet flooring and replacing it with brand new laminate planks. The conception was to lay the oak-like material only on two separated areas and combine it with the blue carpet which was in good condition. As you will be able to notice from the photos, the results are impressive.

After

During the installation process, our team used a rubber underlay with 4mm thickness and increased soundproofing incorporating DMP membrane – Duralay SiltenFloor Gold. Another important task for our team, every time when we install new flooring, is to trim the doors and their frames, to adjust their height to the level of the new floor. The job was completed in a single day and our thoroughly fitters enjoyed the process.
