It is safe to say that most of the wood floor sanding, buffing, and re-oiling projects are pretty easy to deal with. However, this is not always the case and the finished project we are about to share with you today is a great example that some wood floor renovations are more challenging compared to others. This does not mean that you have to give up on your dream to have a beautiful real wood floor, especially when its renovation is in the safe and experienced hands of specialists. When we arrived at this location for an initial free inspection, we quickly concluded that the condition of this wood floor is not the best and we were glad to undertake this challenging project, foreseeing the great results we are able to achieve.

Gap filling does an amazing job in terms of creating a uniform and even surface along with ensuring great insulation and stability. We continued with sanding the surface for an extra smooth and even look and feel, then applied a few layers of oil finish. Wood floor oil finishes not only enhance the natural beauty of real wood floors, but they also penetrate into the wood’s structure and ensure protection from within and preserve the surface of the floor. As you can tell by the pictures below, we were once again able to achieve outstanding results!
