Engineered Wood Floor Fitting

After a thorough inspection of the current flooring, damaged due to a water leak, our team concluded that it must be removed. During the lift and dispose process we’ve also removed the old skirting boards. There were larger pieces of furniture that couldn’t be cleared completely from the floors, which is why the working process had to be completed in stages.

Like in every other fitting project first we had to deal with the subfloor preparation. Here that was a very important task because we had to reduce the moisture migration from the concrete to the wood. The perfect underlay, in this case, was techni-board, which is offering also exceptional thermal and sound insulation.
