The oak engineered flooring was previously stained and lacquered in a dark colour, so when the sanding machine completed its first run down the line, the contrast was eye-catching. There is rarely such a pleasure like seeing the difference the sanding process brings to the old, or in this case - stained, flooring. It was not heavily damaged, but the owners still wanted to have it renovated, which we happily complied with. After everything was said and done, it was stained again in medium shades and sealed using the Junckers HP Commercial lacquer.
