Returns Policy
You may cancel your order and receive a full refund only if the goods have not yet been dispatched from our warehouse or the manufacturer’s facility. Once dispatch has occurred, standard return conditions apply.
Returns
We accept returns for products dispatched either from our warehouse or directly from the manufacturer. To be eligible for a return, goods must be sent back within 14 days of delivery or collection, and must be accompanied by valid proof of purchase.
Customers may return items at their own expense or request a collection through Trades Centre for an additional charge. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any items lost in transit when returned by your courier.
Refunds
Full refunds are available for all consumables and accessories returned in their original, unopened packaging.
For flooring products, refunds are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
In all cases, any refunds will be processed after deducting applicable delivery costs and collection charges (if used). These deductions apply even when delivery was originally offered at a discounted or promotional rate.
Goods with Manufacturing Fault
If you notice a manufacturing fault, please report it to the Trades Centre as soon as possible. We may arrange an investigation before processing any refund or replacement. This investigation could involve submitting photographs, returning samples, or an inspection by our team or the manufacturer.
Next steps will depend on the outcome of the investigation. If the goods are confirmed to be faulty due to manufacturing defects, they will be replaced free of charge.
Goods Not Eligible for Refund
The following items are non-refundable, regardless of condition:
- Beadings (all types)
- Goods in damaged or opened original packaging
- Items damaged after delivery that are not due to manufacturing faults
- Products stored incorrectly, not in line with the manufacturer’s storage guidelines
