After your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with related tracking information (if applicable).
Your delivery price will remain visible during checkout. Please note that our pricing differs for long and heavy items. Charges may vary depending on weight, location, package size, and delivery timeslot. To get an accurate cost, please use the delivery calculator once items are added to your basket. We always aim to provide the best possible service for your orders!

We take extra care to ensure your flooring orders arrive safely. Please choose the delivery option that best fits your needs at checkout, and make sure someone is available to receive the delivery at the scheduled time.

* To ensure your order is processed on time, it must be placed by 1:00 PM. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next working day, which may affect delivery time.

Next Day Delivery is subject to stock availability.
Please note that all delivery dates and time slots are provisional. Trades Centre Ltd cannot be held responsible for any additional costs incurred by customers due to delayed deliveries.
Damaged or Missing Goods
If any part of your order is missing, damaged, or appears open, please contact Trades Centre Ltd immediately on 020 8830 9789. You must also describe any issues on the delivery note before signing it.
Please note: If damage or missing items are not reported before the delivery driver leaves, it may not be possible to claim a refund or replacement.
International Delivery
We currently do not accept orders billed to or delivered outside the United Kingdom. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Delivery Questions
Q: What delivery companies do you use?
A: We primarily use PW Gates and Parcelforce for our deliveries.
Q: Can I get an exact delivery time for my order?
A: Unfortunately, our delivery partners do not provide exact delivery times. If your order is shipped with Parcelforce, you will receive a tracking number and a text message with your estimated time slot on the delivery day. For deliveries by PW Gates, we can request a courtesy call one hour before arrival.
Q: Can the driver bring my order inside?
A: No, deliveries are made to the door only. Drivers are not permitted to enter the property.
Q: Can you leave my order in a porch, yard, or garage?
A: All orders must be accepted and signed for. If you request to have the delivery left elsewhere, you assume full responsibility for the goods once delivered.
Q: What if the delivery company damages my order?
A: You must inspect your goods upon delivery. If any damage is noticed, the driver must create a damage report. Take photos and email them along with your order details to cs@flooringsuppliescentre.co.uk, and we’ll assist you as soon as possible.
Q: My delivery is delayed. What should I do?
A: Occasionally, delivery times may exceed estimated timeframes. You can track your order using the tracking number from your confirmation email. For large flooring orders, please call us on 020 88309787 and we’ll check the status directly with the courier.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes. Simply contact us at 020 8830 9789 or email sales@flooringsuppliescentre.co.uk. If the order has already been dispatched, you will be responsible for any applicable delivery costs.
