Is there a minimum charge for FlooringFirst services?

All services provided by FlooringFirst are subject to a minimum charge. 

  • For wood floor repairs up to 2 hours, the minimum charge is £136.00 ex. VAT.
  • For wood floor sanding and  sealing, the minimum charge is £380.00 ex. VAT.
  • For solid and engineered wood floor installation, the minimum charge is £320.00 inc VAT.
  • For laminate floor installation, the minimum charge is £280.00 inc VAT.
