Laminate Flooring
Often it would be considered as a cheap substitute when people were unable to afford to have either wood or tile flooring installed in their homes.  Today things have changed as this particular flooring has become more durable and is also easy to install.  In many cases a homeowner will be able to install flooring into one room within a day, so no extra fees to worry about. It's much less likey that you'll need to employ a flooring contractor than if you decided to have wood or tile flooring installed instead.
